• Develop intricate design and engineering documents for diverse construction endeavors.
• Innovate templates for wide-ranging residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Evaluate designs concerning right‑of‑way, mapping, and record activities.
• Draft comprehensive subdivision, site, roadway, grading, utility, and stormwater plans.
• Oversee production and management of drawing sets to ensure consistency and quality.
• Adhere to regulatory standards in project design.
• Conduct thorough back checks on plans to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams from initial concept to construction.
• Mentor and support the growth of designers and drafters.
• Ensure project deliverables align with timelines and client expectations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to support ongoing and future initiatives.

• High school diploma required; technical degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Over a decade of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
