• High school diploma required; a technical degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Capability to assist with the design and production of comprehensive civil engineering plans.
• Ability to prepare detailed construction drawings, including roadways, grading, drainage, and utility systems.
• Experience in producing and managing comprehensive drawing sets.
• Skill in adhering to regulatory requirements for civil projects.
• Competence in back‑checking design plans for precision.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and team members from the initial concept through project completion.
• Proven ability to mentor drafters and maintain productive client relationships.
• Strong commitment to meeting project timelines and deliverables.
