Position Summary

The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated, resource-loaded, and cost-loaded project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) across Morgan's portfolio of heavy civil, mining, and infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on planning role that works directly with estimating, operations, and site leadership to translate execution strategy into credible, defensible baseline schedules — and to keep those schedules current, accurate, and contractually compliant through execution.

Morgan's schedules are increasingly a contract deliverable in their own right: owners on major projects require multi-level integrated baseline schedules (Level 1 through Level
4), full resource and cost loading, earned value structures, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) alignment, and quantified schedule quality standards, including DCMA 14-Point Assessment compliance. The Scheduler is the technical owner of that deliverable — from baseline development through progress updates, forecasting, change and delay analysis, and baseline approval packages that stand up to owner, lender, and board-level scrutiny.
