You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve outages across L1-L3, participate in on-call rotations, and document end-to-end network configurations.
The role requires CCNA or better, a bachelor’s in IT/engineering or equivalent, and strong routing, DHCP/DNS, Radius, and firewall experience.
