This role advises and assists the energy manager across the full project development lifecycle; from energy audits, field investigations, facility surveys, and assessments through life-cycle cost analyses and feasibility studies, and supports the development of ECOs into projects executed through vehicles such as UESC, ESPC, ERCIP, design, design-build, or traditional construction contracts.
This role also provides design oversight for new facilities and energy projects, attends design and review meetings, and serves as a construction representative to ensure energy equipment and systems are installed per project specifications.

- Assists with energy audits, field investigations, facility surveys, preliminary/detailed/technology assessments, life-cycle cost analyses, and feasibility studies, and prepares project briefings, technology reports, work plans, and measurement and verification plans.
- Provides design oversight for new facilities and energy projects (attending design workshops and review meetings per the Installation Facilities Standards) and serves as a construction representative to verify energy systems are installed per specifications.
- Attends formal conferences and follow-on Air Force meetings, provides monthly status reports documenting results and accomplishments, and prepares quarterly ROI reports comparing task order cost to estimated and actual cost savings.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, or architecture, substantially relevant to facility and infrastructure type projects from accredited institutions within the 50 United States and 6 years facility/infrastructure energy related experience.
