On-Site Engineering Manager
Schneider Electric is looking for an On-Site Engineering Manager in the Las Vegas area! This Las Vegas based Engineering Manager will be responsible for directing a defined engineering discipline and participating in the design, development and deployment of resources, tools, systems, and processes required to fulfill specific customer requirements. Interview, hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and when necessary, performance manage team members.
Responsibilities include facilitating development and training of engineering personnel, performing high level engineering work, operationalizing new company processes, contributing to branch strategic planning, coordinating resources necessary for production, reviewing and approving project designs by team members, staying abreast of new technology, performing annual and midyear performance reviews for employees, establishing performance goals for employees, establishing training plans for all employees, interacting with customers to assess team performance, coordinating with outsourced engineering functions, assisting sales and estimating teams with project cost estimates, and developing customer presentations based on sales.
Requirements include 8+ years of experience in the Building Automation industry, 3+ years in mentoring or managerial role, and must reside in the Las Vegas area. Proven advanced technical knowledge of applications involving building operations, including HVAC, Automation and Security Systems is required.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
