The Heavy Maintenance Representative at Allegiant Air supervises heavy maintenance and induction work performed by outside MROs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will interface with FAA and Allegiant teams to keep work on time and on budget, with travel up to 75–80% and authority to authorize airworthiness releases.
Ideal candidates have an A&P license, 10+ years in transport-category maintenance or quality inspection, and 5+ years on A320/737
MAX aircraft, plus strong leadership
