The job:
- Lead the water/wastewater engineering team, helping grow the practice.
- Manage municipal and private sector projects, including water treatment, wastewater collection, and distribution system improvements.
- Support & mentor engineers and project managers, fostering a collaborative and empowering team culture.
- Serve as a technical expert, reviewing work for accuracy and guiding professional development of junior staff.
- Work closely with local agencies, municipalities, and internal divisions to coordinate project execution.
- Drive business development efforts, building client relationships and expanding the firms water/wastewater market presence.
- Approximate salary range of $170,000 - $220,000, plus bonus & company profit share scheme.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE)
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering
