We are seeking an intern to reside in our Las Vegas, Nevada office. This role will support our local design staff with AutoCAD, Revit and Building information Management (BIM) design; collecting and organizing data, preparing calculations, preparing charts and graphs, modeling using Excel or hydraulic modeling software, preparing drawings, backcheck drawing/technical memoranda corrections, writing portions of technical memoranda, researching technical information, proposal and resume writing, client interactions, presentations, note taking, field investigations, coordinating production of reports, and support of design documents (plans and specifications).
ReportingThe Intern will report to the Senior Principal Project Manager in the US Water Business. The Intern will also have a reporting relationship with the Intern Coordinators for day‑to‑day activities and career development and Project and Task Manager(s) when supporting project work.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Intern must have good attention to detail. They need to possess a willingness to assist full‑time staff with various tasks. The core competencies for this position include:

- Currently enrolled in college/university and/or on summer break between semesters.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA. This GPA must be maintained throughout the internship.
- Minimum 10 hour per week commitment.
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within the team. - Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed.
- Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel;
PowerPoint a plus. - Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D a plus.
