Job Description

Join our dynamic team that provides comprehensive structural engineering services for various structures using diverse construction materials, including steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel. Our exciting projects span new hospitality ventures, retail malls, apartment buildings, high-end retail tenant improvements, building additions, and luxury residences.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for structural design drafting.

+ Prepare structural drawings and sketches.

+ Develop detailed drawings of structural components and systems.

+ Collaborate with engineers to refine design concepts.

+ Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.

+ Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers.

+ Create 3D models of structures using CAD software.

+ Update project documentation as changes are made.

+ Learn document flow and follow detailed instructions.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Structural Drafting.

+ Experience in structural drafting for vertical buildings.

+ Strong passion for structural engineering.

+ Long-term interest in Structural Drafting and Design.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working on a variety of vertical building types.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
