AECOM is seeking a Substation Engineering Manager to lead and grow a talented team delivering critical power infrastructure projects across North and South America. • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of substation engineers
• Building strong relationships with utility, renewable energy, and industrial clients
• Supporting the successful delivery of substation projects from planning and design through construction support
• Providing technical oversight and QA/QC
• Partnering with regional leadership to grow the business and identify new opportunities
• Helping drive technical excellence, quality, safety, and innovation across projects
• Leading recruitment, career development, and team engagement initiatives
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across AECOM's Energy practice

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $200000 to $270000.
