Full time positions. Vehicle and supplies provided working at outside retail strip malls or office parks performing the following duties:
- Remove trash liners and replace with new
- Wipe down top of trash can lids
- Empty ash trays
- Sweep up trash items- cups, wrappers, cigarettes or any other debris on the sidewalk and parking curbs
- Pick up any large items in parking lot
- Spot checking the landscaping
- Haul away debris from enclosures
Must have Driver's License and pass a drug test. Care Property Services is a E Verify Company (Confirmation of Authorization to work in the US).
