AboutThe Role
The Technical Compliance Analyst will serve as the primary point of coordination for technical and regulatory compliance across our gaming systems. This role plays a critical part in protecting product timelines, regulatory approvals, and company credibility. As the Technical Compliance Analyst, you will help shape how compliance is integrated into the development process, working closely with QA, engineering, product, and external regulatory stakeholders.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Act as the central point of contact for technical compliance matters within the organization
- Support compliance review of gaming software, platform features, and system behavior
- Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable guidance for engineering and QA teams
- Coordinate preparation, tracking, and maintenance of regulatory submission materials
- Support internal reviews, external lab interactions, and regulatory inquiries
- Review technical documentation, system logs, and test evidence for compliance alignment
- Maintain compliance checklists, traceability matrices, and auditready records
- Identify compliance risks early and elevate issues with clear context and recommendations
- Perform software builds, burn media, and verify software operation
- R&D teams have clear visibility into compliance expectations
- Regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and timely
- Compliance issues are surfaced early—before they delay approvals
- Documentation is organized, traceable, and trusted
- The compliance function becomes a valued partner within the organization
- 5+ years of experience in technical compliance, QA, technical analysis, or a related role
- Strong documentation skills, organized, detail‑oriented, and the ability to follow process
- Comfort working in a cross‑functional, fast‑moving R&D environment
- Confidence to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Access)
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- Ability to understand technical concepts and system behavior
- Exposure to regulated industries (gaming, lottery, fintech, medical devices, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory testing labs or submission processes (e.g., GLI, BMM)
- Experience reviewing technical documentation or test results
