Strat Table Games Dealer

Position: STRAT TABLE GAMES DEALER
Summary:

Deals assigned games according to established policies and procedures. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the game dealt. Works under close supervision of table games supervisors and managers and under the constant monitoring of surveillance. Interacts with guests in a friendly and upbeat manner.

Essential Functions:

* Makes change and exchanges chips for cash

* Handles payoff transactions and collects losing bets

* Receives ships to table (fills), verifies amounts and places chips on the table

* Counts and verifies chips returning to the cage (credits)

* Notifies floorperson of any irregularities in the game

* Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

* At least three months of experience dealing multiple games or an equivalent combination of education and experience (please list on your application all games you have experience dealing)

* Excellent guest service skills

* Basic math skills

* Ability to manipulate cards, chips and gaming devices such as roulette wheels

* Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

* Gaming

Physical Requirements

* Continuously standing and working indoors (more than 75% of the time)

* Lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, walking, bending and kneeling (less than 25% of the time)

* Vision, hearing, speech and literacy (critical)
