Patrol assigned sections to assist guests and celebrate slot wins, enhancing the guest entertainment experience;
Respond to service requests including slot dispatch, slot candle lights, radio and customers, ensuring timely and standards-compliant service;
Verify and countersign hand-paid jackpots and communicate slot floor functionality (Fast Cash - ticket in/ticket out);
Resolve guest complaints using Service Recovery with urgency and empathy within authority;
Keep slot areas clean, secure, and well maintained, presenting a professional appearance
