Player’s Club Representative

Explains and promotes the company player's club. Enrolls new members and assists existing members with player's club transactions. Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment. Ensures all contact with guests is courteous, informative, and thorough. Maintains knowledge of all pertinent information regarding the slot club.

• Promotes the player's club program.
• Encourages and enrolls new members into the program.
• Assists existing members with players club transactions and completes appropriate paperwork.
• Explains the Ticket-in/Ticket-out Redemption process.
• Identifies and resolves guest concerns.
• Ensures that departmental paperwork is accurate and maintained on a daily basis.
• Stock gift inventory and maintain a neat and orderly public and storeroom area.
• Assists with Free Pull program when necessary.
• Provides assistance with special events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and able to convince guests to participate in the player's club program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software applications (LMS hotel system and Oasis slot and casino system).
• Must be able to type 25 words per minute.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.

• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels.
• Must work calmly and be able to grasp change quickly.
• Must be able to stand and talk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 10-20 pounds.
• Work may require a flexible (weekends and nights) schedule.
