** ROLE EXPECTATIONS
** Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintains a working knowledge of casino facility, as well as current and upcoming special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees, whenever possible.

Performs other related duties as assigned/required.
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
** This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
** REQUIREMENTS
* * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings.

Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management and other employees.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees at all levels, guests, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to master the property’s player tracking and reservation systems. Title 31/SARC knowledge.

One + years' experience in a casino host or similar role (telemarketing, host assistance, VIP services, butler, casino inside sales).Proficiency with IGT/Patron Management systems, Opera, Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of multiple languages highly desired.
** PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
** Must regularly lift and/move up to 20 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
** WORKING CONDITIONS*
* * Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
