Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking a Casino Systems Support Technician to support critical casino systems across a fast-paced gaming and hospitality environment.
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience supporting casino floor applications, gaming systems, kiosks, player systems, and related operational technologies within a casino environment.
The focus of this role is day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, device setup, system maintenance, and coordination with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure casino operations remain stable and fully functional in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities Casino Systems Support- Provide day‑to‑day support for casino systems and gaming‑related applications
- Troubleshoot system issues involving casino floor technologies, kiosks, player systems, and supporting hardware
- Support connectivity, configuration, and operational issues across gaming environments
- Assist with system installations, upgrades, replacements, and maintenance activities
- Respond to incidents and outages impacting casino operations
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 support for casino operations and gaming staff
- Assist with user access, permissions, and system configuration
- Support onboarding and setup of new devices and gaming system components
- Respond to onsite support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor casino system performance and elevate issues when needed
- Assist with software updates, patches, and system changes
- Ensure maximum uptime across a 24/7 casino environment
- Maintain documentation for issues, resolutions, and operational procedures
- Work closely with gaming vendors and internal IT teams to resolve system issues
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with third‑party casino system providers
- Support integrations between casino systems and back‑end operational platforms
- Experience supporting casino systems within a gaming environment
- Experience in helpdesk, desktop support, or field support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operational systems
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, customer‑facing casino environments
Experience supporting or working with casino systems such as:
- Aristocrat Systems
- Bravo
- IGT
- Everi
- NRT
- Genesis
Additional technical experience with:
- Hardware support (kiosks, terminals, printers, scanners, peripherals)
- Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting
- User access and device configuration
- Gaming or casino industry experience
- Exposure to Active Directory or endpoint management tools
- Experience supporting casino floor operations in a 24/7 environment
- Must be able to pass a gaming background check
- Comfortable working onsite in a casino environment
- Ability to move between locations on property as needed
- Open to occasional after‑hours, weekend, or holiday support as required by operations
