Job OverviewAREA

- Pull and pack equipment, props, and materials accurately based on event orders and packing lists.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure they meet quality standards prior to packing. Notify the manager of any abnormalities.
- Label and organize items as instructed for easy identification and efficient loading and unloading.
- Load event supplies and equipment onto trucks safely, maximizing space and preventing damage.
- Perform inventory quality assurance, put away, picks, and counts as per processes and management instructions.
- Perform the load-in and out-of-department equipment and props for shows on and off AREA
15 Properties. - Transport materials to event sites in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Assemble, arrange, and position event structures, props, decorations, and other equipment based on provided setup plans.
- Assist with the installation of audio‑visual, lighting, and staging components as required and directed.
- Disassemble and pack down equipment, ensuring all materials are accounted for and property stored after the event.
- Comply with company safety regulations at all times.
- Operate and care for work areas in a safe, clean manner.
- Maintain professionalism by working steadily, being a team player and being responsible for personal actions.
- Safely operate various types of utility vehicles, non‑CDL trucks, and heavy equipment providing appropriate certification.
- Coordinate with coworkers, managers, and supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
- Use various hand and power tools in addition to material handling equipment.
- Keep Warehouse, company equipment/vehicles and work spaces clean and free of unnecessary clutter.
- Manage time on delegated duties and document in logs accordingly.
- Detect faulty operations and defective material and report to a supervisor.
- Exhibit ART! (AREA
15’s service standards) at all times. - Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well‑groomed appearance, adhering to AREA
15 standards. - Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.
