Caesars Sports book is hiring an In Play Trader to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. We’re looking for a sports enthusiast who is excited to immerse themselves in the world of sports trading and able to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The role involves setting up and managing in‑play markets on our technology platform and working closely with experienced traders to learn from industry best practices.

• Leverage your sports expertise to set up in‑play markets and products via our technology platform
• Identify and highlight significant customers during live sporting events and track sharp betting action
• Use critical thinking and advanced predictive models to set lines and approve wagers during hundreds of live sporting events
• Maintain knowledge of the sporting world to manage risk and liability for pre‑game events
• Experiment with new approaches and research the latest technologies in trading
• Assist with reporting requirements as directed by the management team

• Ability to obtain and/or be eligible for Gaming Licenses

In addition to the minimum requirements above, a keen working knowledge of sports betting and odds calculation is beneficial. Although trading experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. All traders have the potential to generate or lose income, so strong mathematical and risk assessment skills are essential.
