Job DescriptionProvide Guests with a We Win Hearts gaming experience by offering friendly service and a positive attitude while writing, running and paying Keno tickets via mobile device. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic understanding of the game of Keno.
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to walk the gaming area and restaurants carrying a mobile device, printer and bank.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting is a plus.
