Lead Keno Agent

Job Description

• Support the Keno Manager in the daily operations of the Keno department.
• Assist with scheduling as needed.
• Verify, count, and issue cash supply to writers with change and cash fills; maintain accuracy of bank.
• Verify winning keno tickets and balls and pay according to established procedures.
• Maintain written records and documents of shift transactions, gaming regulations, personnel actions, etc.
• Communicate with guests, establish rapport, and resolve customer complaints or disputes.
• Operate games according to established rules and procedures to ensure integrity and protect company assets.
• Maintain all equipment and proper inventory of supplies.
• Maintain lounge area cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with all appropriate gaming regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Possess knowledge of and be able to execute all keno writer’s duties and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Possess thorough knowledge of keno operations and wagering.
• Ability to operate various Keno computer software systems.
• Ability to utilize basic office equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses required by local gaming regulations.
