Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Count Room Attendant. As a Count Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in accurately counting, verifying, and recording cash, coin, gaming chips, and tickets from gaming operations. You will ensure compliance with Gaming Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications
  • Pre-employment testing:
    Successful completion of a pre-employment hair and urine drug test is mandatory.
  • Background check:
    Must pass a thorough background check.
  • Availability:
    Must be available to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
  • Gaming Control registration:
    Successful completion of the Gaming Control registration process is required.
  • Ability to work in a confined area:
    Comfortable working in a confined space for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills:
    Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry.
  • Manual dexterity:
    Demonstrates manual dexterity in hands and fingers for accurate counting and handling of currency and chips.
  • Physical capability:
    Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push or pull up to 1000 lbs when handling heavy containers or equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Counting, verifying, and recording:
    Accurately count, verify, and record cash, coin, gaming chips, and tickets from gaming operations in accordance with Gaming Regulations and Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Bagging and tagging:
    Count, roll, and tag bags for fills, and remove currency acceptor boxes from assigned slot machines.
  • Slot machine operations:
    Remove coin buckets from assigned slot drop cabinets, and weigh, count, wrap, and record slot drop.
  • Table game operations:
    Sort, count, and record contents of table game drop boxes.
  • Coin transfer:
    Transfer coins from the hard count room to the coin storage room.
  • Money handling:
    Utilize previous money handling experience to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Previous experience with money handling is preferred, as it provides a solid foundation for this role.
