Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Dispatch route personnel to gaming locations and complete data entry relative to service calls.
  • Comply with all major changes in route location and with company and gaming rules and regulations.
  • Follow dispatch standard operating procedures.
  • Use a computer and associated software to complete documentation.
  • Complete data entry for all service and change calls.
  • Have a basic understanding of route communications systems.
  • Track activity and location of all service personnel.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle them according to dispatch procedures.
  • Handle emergency situations.
  • Refer complaints and/or problems to the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • At least six (6) months' customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to multi‑task.
  • Physical, mental, and environmental demands: must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job function consistent with this job description, move about intermittently during working hours including standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling with or without accommodation, sit for prolonged periods, read, write, and speak English, and maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

Base Pay Range

USD 17.00 per hour (base salary). The range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as qualifications, experience level, and skill set.
