Cage Shift Manager - Boulder

Job Description

Assume role covers daily cash handling responsibilities for Casinos Departments, including credit/collections, scheduling, posting of gaming activity, and supervising Cage Department staff. Maintains safeguarding of company assets, ensures all tasks are completed as required, balances all items at close of business, posts credit transactions accurately to computer and guests’ accounts, and oversees compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board procedures.

• Assist in overseeing the daily cash handling needs of the Casinos Departments, credit/collections, and scheduling.
• Supervise the posting of all gaming activity and all Cage Department staff.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure all tasks are completed as required.
• Balance all items at the close of business and ensure credit transactions are posted accurately to computer and guests’ accounts.
• Supervise Cage Supervisors and Cage Cashiers in performing their duties and assist with check cashing and credit needs of guests.
• Ensure that all procedures set forth by the Nevada Gaming Control Board are followed.

• One to two years of experience as a Cage Supervisor preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting, gaming, and regulatory requirements including Regulations 6, 6A, and MICS.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain a Gaming work card for jurisdictions where the property is located.
• Flexible working hours and schedule required.
