Assist in developing gaming customers, maintain rapport with current players, and provide special amenities.

• Establish and maintain goodwill of players based on personal knowledge of the individual.
• Greets and hosts players.
• Assist in developing invitation lists for special events and help plan the events.
• Coordinate activities on a regular basis with other team members.
• Organize and participate in off‑property functions such as dinners, cocktail parties, golf tournaments, etc.
• Develop incremental trips for players.
• Stay informed of competitive promotional methods.
• Provide complimentary offerings for players in accordance with guidelines.
• Convey terms of programs and explain qualifications to prospective gaming customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in gaming, marketing or public relations.
• Required:
  
  Customer service and telephone‑marketing experience.
• Literacy and fluency in English.
• Creativity and innovation in guest satisfaction.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information concerning Caesars Entertainment.
• Upheld and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize required standards for a regulated business.
• Acts as a role model to other team members and presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.

• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (4 hours).
• Must be able to move in and around the casino floor quickly.
• Must respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have visual and auditory range that includes the immediate environment.
• Must have manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
• Must be able to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
• Must have grasp and finger dexterity for repetitive hand motion.
