Job SummaryUsing all aspects of Family Style Service, the Arcade Attendant ensures a safe, fun‑filled, and exciting environment for our Arcade guests. Provides change for Arcade guests and oversees the children’s area.
Responsibilities- Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Smiling and eye contact are required.
- Provides accurate information regarding the property and the amenities it has to offer.
- Develops an exceptional understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments. Uses that knowledge to answer guest questions and proactively offers information to guests to build relationships and maximize Arcade revenues.
- Becomes knowledgeable regarding the Intercard kiosk operations as well as the Redemption POS operations to assist guests appropriately and accurately.
- Actively monitors the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages. Reports any suspicious persons or activity to the Supervisor or Security immediately.
- Addresses minor game and kiosk issues to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our Arcade guests. Reports unresolved issues to the Supervisor.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.
- Uses proper cash handling procedures for any assigned bank funds. Maintains accuracy while processing sale transactions and making changes. Signs out, secures, utilizes, and returns bank funds according to policy.
- Completes any stock counts or other projects assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Literate and fluent in English.
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Courteous attitude.
- Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
- Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies.
Be able to obtain a Nevada Non‑Gaming License.
Additional Requirements- Candidates must be able to respond calmly in a crisis and in demanding situations, particularly when the situations involve customer or employee conflicts.
- Must be able to speak, write and understand English.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and maneuver up and down stairs.
- They must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- You must have physical ability to walk/run 5+ miles during a workday and be capable of standing during the length of one’s shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and mobility to move easily around the entire property.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues. Must maintain a clean driving record.
