Director Casino Marketing, Europe​/Latin​/Middle East

Summary Statement

The Director of ELME Marketing is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with targeted gaming and non‑gaming resort patrons through personal contact to generate incremental revenues and encourage repeat visits. The ELME Marketing Director will assist with ELME clientele and must be fluent in multiple languages. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for meeting and assisting both gaming and non‑gaming resort guests.

• Manage all aspects of the guest’s visit (book spa, dining, in‑room dining amenities, ground transportation, cabanas, hotel rooms, establish casino credit, oversee folio check‑out, etc.) for ELME guests.
• Cultivate and identify patrons with incremental spend throughout the resort.
• Interact with players in person on property, as well as via telephone, e‑mail, text message, and written correspondence.
• Provide information to team and property leadership related to guest feedback, suggestions, concerns, or issues.
• Adhere to Resorts World Las Vegas policies and procedures as well as Title 31 compliance requirements.
• Obtain and maintain position‑specific licensing.
• Use personal device/cellular phone for job‑related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in at least one or more of the following languages:
  Arabic, Farci, Russian, French, Hindu, Hebrew, Italian.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Strong existing following of mass premium and high‑end patrons.
• Resort marketing or premium customer hosting experience.
• Previous experience working in a large luxury resort setting.

At least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum five years of casino marketing experience in a large luxury property setting.

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to obtain the following:
Nevada Gaming Registration.
