Job SummaryEiffel Tower Experience Ambassadors (Operations) are responsible for greeting customers and sharing the history of the Las Vegas Eiffel Tower in relation to the original in Paris, France. Ambassadors must be comfortable riding in a small elevator for an extended length of time and escorting guests to and from the Viewing Deck. They provide excellent customer service and are trained in system controls and overall audience control.
HowYou Will Create the Extraordinary
- Follow the basic principles of Safety, Courtesy, and Capacity as they relate to the Eiffel Tower.
- Inform lead/supervisor of any guest or system related problems during your shift.
- Work in various job areas, including Ticket Taker, Elevator, and Viewing Deck; assist in interactions with VIP or Group guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a safe, exciting experience for Eiffel Tower guests.
- Comply with and uphold company expectations, including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Stay informed of property promotions, programs, and amenities.
- Elevator operator responsibilities
: clearly articulate pertinent information about the Eiffel Tower; answer guests’ questions; handle bio spills; chat with guests and suggest other attractions, shows, and restaurants across all Caesars properties. - Tower responsibilities
: maintain a constant count of guests on the viewing deck, ensuring it does not exceed 96; manage the queue line, preparing guests for descent with no more than 10 per elevator; read the anemometer and understand high wind limitations to ensure guest comfort and safety (if wind speeds exceed 39 mph prepare guests to exit the viewing deck). - VIP Level responsibilities
: oversee the VIP entrance on the casino level, designated for VIP casino guests and guests requiring assistance, such as ADA guests; contact the elevator operator to inform them of a VIP or an “Assist” guest waiting to go to the top. - Ticket validator responsibilities
: understand ticket offerings and operate the ticket scan device; act as an ambassador for both the attraction and the casino, assisting and directing guests as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service.
- Ensure the safety of all guests, team members, and other employees at all times.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a friendly, courteous manner with guests, employees, management, and the public.
- Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work various shifts and hours, including holidays and weekends.
- Effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and verbal/sound cues.
- Ability to move quickly and easily around noisy, high‑volume establishments.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. Will be required to stand for extended periods.
- May be exposed to hot, cold, or windy conditions and may be required to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in high places.
- Ability to stand and walk for long durations.
- Must wear the designated uniform as described by the attraction.
