** General Summary of

Job Duties:

** The Table Games Floor Supervisor will be responsible for observing all games, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy and protection of the Table Games department.
** Principle

Responsibilities and Duties:

*** Maintaining a high quality of guest service.
* Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with team members and guests
* Protecting the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability.
* Enforcing all table game policies and procedures while ensuring excellent guest service.
* Applying your knowledge of dealing procedures including house rules to preserve the security and integrity of games.
* Verifying all bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy.
* Monitoring games and maintaining appropriate game pace.
* Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and filling requests.
* Assisting in training and evaluating subordinate team members in a fair and equitable manner.
* Accurately tracking player actions by noting buy-ins, length of play, win / loss, and average bet.
* Operating all games in accordance with gaming laws and company policies.
* Verifying the accuracy of documents signed and ensuring procedures are accurately followed.
* Communicating pertinent information to management in a timely and responsible manner.
* Maintaining proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play.
* Notifying management immediately of any unusual activity of play.
* Creating a work environment which promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
* Performing all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
* Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
* Other duties as assigned.

** Skills, Education & Other Requirements:
*** Must be able to perform simple math
* Must have knowledge of all games supervised

** Machinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware Used:
*** Must be able to learn or have working knowledge of CMS
* Must be able to learn or have working knowledge of Pit Boss
* Must be able to learn or have working knowledge of Super-Play Mate
* Must be able to learn or have working knowledge of New Wave
** Physical Requirements of Job:
