Station Casinos - 1505 South Pavilion Center Drive - Responsibilities:
Serve as a link between Room reservations, the Casino department and the Sales department at the properties;
Answer all incoming calls to the Casino/Group/Wholesale lines;
Provide excellent guest service for internal and external Guests with inquiries regarding rooms, group masters, and Casino information;
Input required information into the Casino Tracking system to code Guests to events;
Adhere to all Company standards, policies and procedures
