Responsibilities- Reporting to the Sports book Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both regulars and novice bettors.
- Ensure everyone feels welcome at our sports book(s).
- Act as an expert in our menu of sports betting options, advise and answer customer questions.
- Help customers make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.
