The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Floor Service Host to deliver enhanced customer service to mid-end and high-end players on the casino floor. You will greet guests, handle requests such as show tickets, dining reservations, transportation, and comps, and maintain a welcoming floor presence.
You will actively engage hosted players, enroll un-carded players into the Venetian Rewards Loyalty Program, and support achievement of department goals in production, comps and interactions.
