We are seeking an experienced and casino-savvy Gaming Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is built for someone who understands how electronic table games perform on the floor — and knows how to use data to tell that story. You will be the analytical voice of game performance across our global installed base, turning raw system data into clear intelligence that drives product decisions, placement strategy, and operational outcomes for our customers and internal teams.

This is not a finance role. It's a performance role. If you've spent time on or around a gaming floor, understand what makes a game earn, and can translate system data into actionable insight, this is your seat!

Own the development and evolution of Interblock's game performance analytics framework (defining the metrics, reports, and standards that measure how our products perform across global installations);

Analyze data from Interblock's gaming systems to assess game health, floor productivity, player engagement, and performance trends by title, configuration, and market;

Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance reports that give leadership, sales, and product teams a clear picture of how games are performing in the field;

Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver performance insights that inform placement recommendations, product roadmap decisions, and customer-facing strategy;

Identify underperforming configurations or markets and surface root causes, whether driven by game mix, floor placement, configuration settings, or market dynamics;

Develop analytical tools and models that support game performance benchmarking, trend analysis, and comparative title performance across regions and casino types;

Build and mentor an analytics team with deep fluency in gaming operations data and performance storytelling;

Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling presentations for C-suite and customer-facing stakeholders;

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all performance data across enterprise reporting systems;

Performs other duties as assigned or as business needs require.

7+ years of progressive experience in analytics or business intelligence, with meaningful exposure to casino gaming operations or gaming technology;

Direct experience analyzing game performance data - including metrics such as theoretical win, actual win, hold percentage, utilization, rounds per hour, or equivalent KPIs in an electronic or table gaming environment;

Familiarity with gaming management systems (GMS), floor management tools, or casino data platforms;

3+ years in a leadership or management capacity overseeing analysts or BI teams;

Deep proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms;

Advanced Excel skills including data modeling, complex formula building, and dashboard development;

Experience with SQL and/or Python for data extraction and analysis;

Proven ability to communicate performance insights clearly to non-technical audiences including operators, executives, and customers;

Background in gaming or entertainment technology is required and casino floor experience is strongly preferred;

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field;
