Image Engineering was founded as a company that pushes boundaries, develops new ideas through design and fabrication, and is a leader in the visual display and special effects industry. We have also created permanent and temporary interactive installations for world-class venues including the Staples Center, The John

F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Smithsonian Institution, and Walt Disney World. Our strength lies in our ability to serve the entertainment industry across the segments of concert touring, sports, large-scale one‑off productions, and permanent installations by providing solutions to the most challenging problems. Our solutions are broad, utilizing a deep knowledge base and the tools of entertainment lighting, projection, lasers, and practical special effects.

The Production department is at the core of our business and the driving force behind every successful project. Producers serve as the central hub of each project, connecting clients with internal design, engineering, operations, logistics, compliance, warehouse, and technical teams to deliver innovative, safe, and world-class special effects solutions. The Producer is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned projects from initial client engagement through final project closeout.

Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, this role ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Image Engineering and ImageSFX’s standards for creativity, technical excellence, and client service. Projects include major concert tours, sporting events, live television productions, corporate events, themed entertainment, permanent installations, and large-scale one‑off spectaculars. This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, possesses exceptional communication and leadership skills, and can successfully manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management experience with technical production knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional live entertainment experiences.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Partner with Account Managers to define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Translate client objectives into actionable production, technical, engineering, and operational plans.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
• Manage client expectations while communicating project status, schedule updates, risks, and changes.
• Facilitate project meetings, site visits, production reviews, and post-project debriefs.
• Represent ImageSFX professionally with clients, venues, partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

• Lead projects from initial concept through design, pre‑production, onsite execution, and final project closeout.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including:
  Budgets, Estimates, Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Change Orders, Production schedules, Run of Show documents, Site plans, Production briefs.
• Coordinate project schedules, logistics, staffing plans, transportation, accommodations, permitting, and equipment requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records throughout the project lifecycle.
