Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking an Event Office Administrator to operate the Event Operations Offices, the Guest Experience Office, and Podiums during events. You will act as a liaison to ensure smooth resolution of guest issues.
You will monitor radio, telephone and chat communications, dispatch staff, manage inventory including assistive devices, and support seating accommodations. You will also help run the Designated Driver program and prepare reports on event activity and labor calls.
