About the Role
Spiegelworld is looking for a Seasonal Street Team Ambassador to join our team at Atomic Saloon Show at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The primary responsibility of this position is to increase awareness and driving attendance through authentic guest interactions throughout designated resort areas. The Seasonal Street Team Ambassador reports to the Manager of Ticketing. This is a part-time, temporary role with a base pay rate of $16.50 plus commission.
What You’ll Do
- Create positive, memorable interactions with guests throughout designated resort areas.
- Identify guests interested in live entertainment and introduce Atomic Saloon Show in an authentic, non-aggressive manner.
- Actively engage in our antiracist commitment and internal practices by participating in offered learnings, engaging in conversations around Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, and helping us maintain a safe and welcoming workspace.
- Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
- Build excitement around the show by sharing knowledge of its unique entertainment experience.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Atomic Saloon Show, including showtimes, pricing, promotions, and the overall guest experience.
- Encourage guests to purchase tickets at the box office or through the Atomic Saloon Show website.
- Tailor conversations to each guest while maintaining a professional, engaging approach.
- Gather guest feedback and share relevant trends and insights with management.
- Represent Atomic Saloon Show and Spiegelworld with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.
- Assist with special events and promotional activations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Spiegelworld policies, practices, and procedures.
What You Bring
- One year of hospitality, entertainment, promotions, guest engagement, sales, brand ambassador, or customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Successful background check clearance prior to hire
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled/needed.
- Must have valid work authorization for the US.

- Must be able to stand, or walk for your entire shift
