The Sports book Agent (Ticket Writer) for Boomer's Sports book will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our sports book. You are the first and primary point of contact for customers who visit the sports book. You will assist customers with setting up a mobile account, process wagers, answer questions, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sports book required.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Consistent positive energy, with a proven history of delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• This is a part-time position.

• Must be able to stand for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift.
• Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
• The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
