Job Responsibilities
- Support property-level and corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and performance analyses for management
- Analyze KPIs across slots, table games, hotel, food & beverage, labor, and other departments
- Assist with variance analysis and margin improvement initiatives
- Identify performance trends, cost drivers, and operational opportunities
- Partner with Gaming and hospitality departments as well as Accounting, Finance, IT, BI, Marketing, Design & Construction, and Property operations teams
- Collaborate with corporate and property leadership on financial and operational initiatives
- Support preparation of materials for executive and senior management review
- Utilize Excel extensively for modeling, reporting, and analysis
- Work with data from Oracle ERP and variety of internal reporting systems
- Exposure to Cognos, SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or AI-enabled tools is a plus
- Gain hands‑on exposure to gaming and hospitality financial operations
- Develop strong business and operational acumen
- Build foundational skills in FP&A, performance management, and financial and operational storytelling
- Learn best practices from a highly collaborative, high-impact analytical team
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, hospitality or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered)
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Exposure to Oracle ERP preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and professionally
- Eligible for gaming registration
