• Financial Architect:
  Develop and refine complex financial models to support long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Capital Markets:
  Lead the charge on capital raising. Identify and cultivate relationships with investors and strategic partners to drive growth.
• Scenario Planning:
  Run sensitivity analyses to tell us what happens if... (market shifts, interest rates, supply chain costs).

• The
  
  Education:
  
  MBA Required (or Master’s in a related quantitative discipline). Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.

  Experience:
  
  5+ years in Financial Planning, Investment Banking, or Real Estate Private Equity (REPE).
• The
  
  Skills:
  
  Expert-level Excel modeling is non-negotiable. You must be able to build dynamic, 3‑statement models from scratch.
• The Communication:
  You can explain complex IRR, ROI, and capitalization strategies to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
