This is a part-time to full-time, on-site role for a Financial Advisor Operations Associate based in Las Vegas, NV. The role entails supporting financial advisors with daily operations, opening and maintaining client accounts, managing and updating client profiles and records. Process account service requests. Respond to client calls emails and service needs professionally. Maintain organized documentation and compliance standards. Communicates clearly and respectfully.

Responsibilities may include conducting financial analysis, managing client interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of investment strategies. The position requires collaboration with team members to deliver a high level of client service and operational efficiency. Attends client events as needed for team support.

• Two or more years of experience at a financial advisory or investment firm.
• Knowledge and expertise in the financial industry who can contribute quickly with minimal ramp up.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is beneficial. Redtail CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to work in person in Las Vegas, NV.
• Is interested in a long term career in financial services.
