Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

Korn Ferry is partnering with our client in their search for an experienced Controller
.

Our client is a well-established, privately held and operated business within the gaming and hospitality sector.

The Controller will lead the full-cycle accounting function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. This individual will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, ensuring strong internal controls, financial integrity, and operational support.

• Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial statement preparation, and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting processes.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff.
• Drive system and process improvements, including ERP optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience in regulated or cash-intensive environments preferred.
