The Opportunity

As part of the FP&A team, you will lead the design and implementation of finance transformation and enterprise performance management solutions that help clients modernize planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making capabilities. You will drive initiatives focused on FP&A process redesign, operating model transformation, and the deployment of modern planning, analytics, and AI-enabled technologies.

As a Manager, you will lead client engagement work streams, oversee high-performing teams, and independently solve complex business and operational challenges to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, mentoring and coaching team members, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation. This role requires collaboration across business, finance, and technology stakeholders to help clients enhance performance management capabilities and enable more strategic, data-driven finance organizations.

Responsibilities

* Lead the design and implementation of FP&A transformation and enterprise performance management solutions

* Manage client engagement work streams focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance operating model transformation

* Oversee the deployment and optimization of finance technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities

* Help clients identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency

* Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and working sessions to define business requirements and future-state processes

* Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
