We are seeking a detail-oriented Disbursement Specialist to join our team and support escrow operations across a variety of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinancing, relocation, and timeshare. This role plays a critical part in ensuring funds are accurately balanced and disbursed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Review closed escrow files to ensure accuracy and readiness for disbursement
Verify that all transactions are fully funded and balances are correct
Disburse funds according to closing instructions, typically through check issuance or wire transfers
Partner with escrow officers, lenders, and buyers to resolve discrepancies and finalize file balancing
Support branch operations by ensuring timely and compliant disbursement of all transactions
Follow established procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines
