Corporate Mid-Level Associate

Position

Greenberg Traurig (GT) seeks an Associate in the Corporate Practice for its Las Vegas office. This full‑time role focuses on corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, venture capital, and angel investments.

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and other M&A documentation.
• Conduct transaction due diligence and support the closing of deals.
• Provide client counsel on corporate finance matters and related regulatory compliance.
• Manage a challenging workload within a fast‑paced environment.

• Three to six years of significant experience in corporate transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and complex M&A and private equity documentation.
• Proficiency in drafting transaction documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a high level of maturity, and proven willingness to accept responsibility.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Admission to the Nevada Bar.

Expected Pay Range: $185,000–$225,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors. Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
