Corporate FP&A Manager Las Vegas, Nevada,

Skillz, a publicly‑traded mobile eSports platform hosting billions of casual mobile gaming tournaments, seeks a finance leader to own our financial planning engine. The role translates Skillz's short‑ and long‑term ambitions into concrete financial plans and holds the organization accountable.

As a key member of FP&A, you will own the planning calendar, stakeholder communications, monthly management reporting, headcount planning with People Ops, and cost tracking and budgeting across the business. You will thrive on structure and enjoy turning complexity into clarity.

• Own FP&A calendar and cost budgeting.
• Set up business processes for managing subsidiary relationships.
• Prepare month‑end and quarter‑end board presentations.
• Handle ad‑hoc analysis as required.
• Ensure the FP&A calendar remains on track with closing.
• Translate talent and cost strategies into financial models.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships for planning, business, and board reviews.
• Work with Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
• Create and automate processes, and analyze data using SQL (or a strong interest in SQL).

• Minimum 6 years of FP&A experience (budgeting and consolidation). Investment banking or management consulting experience is a plus.
• Extensive experience in consolidation, headcount planning, and cost modeling.
• SQL experience or interest; knowledge of Snowflake retrieval;
  Tableau experience is a plus.
• Consistent track record of success demonstrated by business results and in‑company promotions.
• Strong preference for experience in gaming or consumer tech industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

Total starting compensation (Base + Bonus): $152,000
