• Learn effective prospecting and networking strategies to develop your client base.
• Create and implement a personalized business strategy.
• Engage with potential clients and schedule meetings to assess their financial needs.
• Prepare tailored financial plans and provide useful recommendations.
• Become proficient in proprietary financial planning software.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development sessions.
• Obtain licensure in Risk Product State Licensing for Life, Accident, and Health.
• Develop essential life skills to enhance future career opportunities.

This internship features a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your academic commitments. You can participate year-round, allowing you to hone your practice and receive support for licenses and certifications, including the Series 6 & 63 or CFP. Engage at local and national recognition events, gain access to leadership initiatives, and collaborate with industry experts. Notably, qualified interns may have the opportunity to interview for a full-time role as a Financial Representative or Advisor upon graduation.

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student; preference for juniors and seniors.
• Possess entrepreneurial ambition and a keen interest in sales.
• Actively involved in campus activities (leadership roles, athletics, student organizations, etc.).
• Diligent time-management skills.
• Interest in financial literacy and planning tools.
• Desire to enhance business acumen and critical thinking skills.

• Performance-based earnings and commission opportunities.
