Job Summary
This role provides comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment objectives, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The position requires Series7 and 66 licenses (or Series
63 or 65 in lieu of the 66) and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
- Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building plans with brokerage products, such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑management solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial‑center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
- Series7 and Series
66 licenses (or Series
63 or 65 in lieu of the Series
66). - At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, manage goals in a fast‑paced environment, and incorporate regulatory due diligence in daily activities.
- Bi‑lingual Spanish speaking.
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
- At least three years of experience in the financial services industry or sales where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
- Insurance licenses.
- High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Schedule:
Monday‑through‑Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Shift: 1stshift. Hours per week:

Pay range:$70,000.00–$80,000.00annualized salary, based on experience, education, and skill set.
