Job Summary

Randstad is seeking a driven, CPA or CPA candidate for a premier Senior Accountant position with a well‑established investment firm located in Summerlin. Permanent. Salary: $85,000 – 95,000 per year.

Work hours:

8:00–5:00.

Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

4 years.

• Starting salary ($85,000 – $95,000) + bonus.

• Financial Reporting:
  Own the end‑to‑end preparation and review of financial statements for a portfolio of related entities.
• Core Accounting:
  Post journal entries, perform complex account reconciliations, and ensure general ledger accuracy.
• FP&A Support:
  Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and project weekly/monthly cash positions.
• Process Improvement:
  Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Contract & Data Management:
  Manage corporate contracts and maintain organized financial records.
• Ad Hoc Analysis:
  Prepare specialized financial reports and analyses to support management's strategic decision‑making.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
• Certification:
  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or actively pursuing the CPA exam (required).
• Experience:
  
  Strong background in public accounting (audit) preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Skills:
  
  General Ledger, Financial Statements, Month‑End Close.
• Work Style:
  Ability to work fully in‑office at the Summerlin headquarters.
