Salary Range: $18.00 to $23.00 an hour

We are hiring a Billing Analyst to support the firm’s billing operations by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client and investor requirements. The role requires detail‑orientation and a collaborative, deadline‑driven approach.

• Utilize internal data processing systems (IDS) and client and investor platforms to manage billing functions.
• Process invoices daily for assigned areas across multiple departments.
• Review files to initiate One‑Time Authorization (OTA) requests according to client and investor guidelines.
• Ensure billing is completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.
• Monitor and analyze daily reports to track and resolve outstanding OTA requests and unbilled line items.
• Conduct research to identify and resolve billing issues promptly.
• Collaborate with operational teams to address OTA or billing discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
• Work extended hours occasionally based on operational needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Familiarity with billing systems or legal/financial institutions is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams, customers, and partners.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive office environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business or accounting‑related role.

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2‑3 days per week after a 90‑day training period and upon management approval.

The salary for this position typically ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 an hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Final offer may vary based on candidate qualifications and business needs.
